IRL Queer Meditation 🧘🏿🧘🏼♀️🧘🏿♂️ Sunday 1st August 1pm Finsbury Park.
Come along to meet other queers who meditate & want to talk about mindfulness/ ethical living. We will do some simple breathing meditations & then reflect on what we found useful/ could try next time. If enough queers are up for it we can go for a pint after somewhere nearby 👍
