• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is rescheduled by the organiser or cancelled. In the event of which you would need to apply for a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling.
• If you have purchased a Meet & Greet, please arrive at the venue for 6pm to avoid disappointment, arriving late may mean that you'll miss out and refunds won't be applied.
