Learn to bring consciousness to your most hardcore sexual impulses
OVERVIEW
What about those days when we wake up with strong, animalistic, sexual urges?
In those moments, slow and conscious tantric practices may seem quite impossible to connect with, and we may find ourselves turning to porn or social apps to get off.
How can we turn these jack-off sessions into more conscious and fulfilling spiritual practices?
For tantra practices to be effective and sustainable they need to meet us where we are; including our most animalistic, wildest states…
In this 2-hour live group workshop, you’ll learn sequences of breath, sound, movement and touch you can integrate into your wild and primal sexual practice to find more presence, and consciousness.
These elements can help us explore what else is available in those moments.
What can make this moment richer and more meaningful?
How can I harness this fiery sexual power for my own growth?”
We will begin with a short intro followed by a long guided individual self-pleasuring practice using these elements.
Those who are keen will then practice the techniques as partners or small groups.
A NOTE ON SAFETY AND CONSENT
As well as focusing on desires and pleasure, there will be a strong emphasis on holding boundaries and consent.
We will begin by exploring ways to voice our “yeses and noes” in a way that is clear and compassionate.
PRE-REQUISITES
No experience is necessary. This group is perfect for advanced practitioners as well as complete newbies.
This practice may differ from other tantra practices you may have encountered, therefore I do recommend that you watch some of my videos to know more about this practice and ensure it resonates.
