Beth has been journeying into the self idenity and the many facets of relationship with the The Feminine for the last ten years, practiing yoga since 2007 and sharing the practice of self inquiry and realisation for the last 15 years. She is the exploring the power, potency and pleasure of being in her 40s.
Beth is also qualified in massage, dance, kundalini yoga, pregnacy yoga, and the neurobiology of yoga and meditation. She lectures and mentors on yoga teacher trainings on asana, self awareness, yogic philosophy and the art of teaching.
She has a strong foundation in buddist practice and philosophy and comes from a Burmese and Scottish heritage. She is deeply driven and passionate about a woman's right to experience supportive community, to have access to the kind of wisdom and power that lays within their own mind and body and access to the psychic and physical power of one's menstrual cycle and the energy centres within the female body.
She has a particular interest and background in the Family Systems Modality, Attachement Theory and Polyvagal theory. She recieves support and guidance via her mentor and psychotherapy based supervisors and women's groups, her time in nature, her spiritual practice, community, partner and her work with Tanya Taylor Rubenstein via her signature somatic journaling work.
