Christmas just isn't Christmas without a visit to see Bless My Whiskers Santa.
The Arundel Gardener Team along with assitance from Santa's Elves are busy getting everything ready for the arrival of the big man in red himself.
Bless My Whiskers Father Christmas will be in residence at The Arundel Gardener on the following dates and times (please be advised that timings are individual and more detail can be found below on booking tickets):
Saturday 27th November - 10am until 4.30pm
Sunday 28th November - 10am until 4.30pm
Saturday 4th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Sunday 5th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Saturday 11th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Sunday 12th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Saturday 18th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Sunday 19thDecember - 10am until 4.30pm
Monday 20th December - 10am until 4.30pm
Tuesday 21st December - 10am until 4.30pm
Wednesday 22nd December - 10am until 4.30pm
Thursday 23rd December - 10am until 4.30pm
Tickets are £16.50 each per child per session.
Example: For 2 children you will need to book 2 consecutive time slots which will susequently give you 2 tickets. Where applicable children within the same party will be permitted to see Santa at the same time.
Each visit includes a personal one to one with Bless My Whiskers Father Christmas, photo oppurtunity and a bespoke personalised gift for each child.
Please note that this is pre booked ticket event to try and ensure the smooth runnings and timing of the grotto.
Spaces are limited and subject to availabity. Please ensure you read ALL the terms and conditions before confirming and paying for your tickets.
Tickets to come and see Santa must be booked in advance as there will be no walk in tickets available for this event.
Once booking has been made, tickets are non-refundable or non-exhangeable. We are aware that some things are unavoidable and if the situation occurs, we will do our very best to try and reschedule but, due to popularity and timings this may not be possible.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?
TAG: Once your order is complete, you will be emailed your ticket which will contain a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number. If you have a smartphone or tablet, you may also show your confirmation on screen.
If I have booked the wrong date or time, can I move my ticket or get a refund?
TAG: All event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure when booking your tickets you have chosen a time which you will be able to attend.
We will require either the booking reference and/or the surname of the person who the tickets were purchased under. Only the lead booker/person named on the booking can make changes.
I am running late and I have missed my slot for the Grotto, can I go on the next one?
TAG & BMW: Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly urge you to allow adequate travel and parking time before coming to see Santa, as we are also unable to delay the start time of any of our sessions.
Do I have to pay to park?
TAG: Our Garden Centre has ample free parking available on site. There are dedicated disabled parking spaces located close to the entrance.
I want to book a ticket online but I don’t have a printer?
TAG: You can show the reference code and ticket on your phone at the entrance to the activity.
Is there wheelchair access?
TAG: Wheelchair access is available at the Garden Centre.
Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?
TAG: There is no guarantee tickets will available to purchase at the Garden Centre as they are all subject to availability. Places are limited and we strongly advise you pre-book on-line to avoid disappointment.
Where do I go when I arrive?
TAG: Our grotto is located inside our store, please follow the directional signs.
Do you offer any concession prices?
TAG: Unfortunately, we do not offer concession prices.

TAG: We welcome all children to all our Grotto sessions, and our team can assist with any additional needs you may have. If anyone in your party has a specific additional need please call The Arundel Gardener on 01903 953798 or pop into store and our team will be able to assist you with your booking.
Do I have to pay for a baby under 12 months?
TAG: Yes. If you wish for your little one to partake in the main activity, please book a full price child’s ticket.
BMW: The reasoning behind this is that it’s not just a matter of having a quick photo with Bless My Whiskers Santa and baby. Each experience has a different content which Bless My Whiskers tailors to you, your child/children’s needs there and then. Each ticketed entry will receive a bespoke gift and photo opportunity. We do not offer an experience of just a photo with Santa.
Can I bring my pushchair into the Grotto?
TAG: We are restricted for space within the Grotto so we request you leave pushchairs and buggies outside. Please ensure you keep all valuables safe and secure as we cannot accept responsibility for these items. There will be wheelchair access to the Grotto and assistance will be given if required.
Can I take my own photo?
TAG: Absolutely! Santa loves a selfie too. Where possible we will try to assist in taking a family photo.
BMW: It’s lovely to have that memorable keepsake to reminisce over in years to come. However, in this digital age in which we live in it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep within the time scale of a session when everyone wants that perfect Christmas Family photo. Santa tries to facilitate what he can but, each session is tailored to the children. Please be aware we do not allow individual photographs in the Grotto with every individual member of the family. *see baby under 12 months section.

Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Arundel Gardener and yourself.
No contract exists between you and The Arundel Gardener for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
Prices
Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes which there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
Online Security.
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Limitation of Liability.
The Arundel Gardener’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
The Arundel Gardener will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Severance.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Refunds & Cancellations.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. For the avoidance of any doubt, pre-booked tickets are non-refundable in the event that admission is cancelled, refused or relinquished for any reason.
Online Booking.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Behavioural Standards.
Foul language, shouting, aggressive behaviour and any other threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. The Arundel Gardener and Bless My Whiskers reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests that do not adhere to the above. This can result in the booking being cancelled for the whole party and all members being asking to leave the premises immediately.
