We also know that boxing has many health benefits, not just improving your fitness but also helping clear your mind and release endorphins.
Learn the art of boxing - with technique, footwork, and defences.
Monday 15 November, 6-7pm, online on zoom. 20 spots only.

Your coach, Ana, is a level 3 qualified personal trainer, level 2 England boxing qualified coach, and lesbian. She has years of experience training amateurs in an ABC (Amateur Boxing Club), and she will whip you into shape fast!
