This session will be hosted by an LBGTQ+ identifying teacher, each offering their unique approach to yoga as an embodied practice. This session is free to attend with limited spaces, yoga mats are provided so please RSVP in advance and bring a friend along!

Equity and justice are fundamental to Gabi’s approach to yoga. Her classes are free from assumptions and emphasize accessibility, consent, and honoring your own body. Gabi is also an LGBTQIA+ equity educator and consultant, supporting yoga teachers to make their classes more welcoming to the LGBTQIA+ community.
✨Unfortunately, the sessions will be happening at The Commons at Glass House which isn't wheelchair accessible. There will be accessible wellbeing sessions in one of our accessible spaces at Glass House soon.
