Workout with Pride is excited to launch our new Power Yoga class.
Our weekly Power Yoga class is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging moving from one pose to the next quickly providing a great physical workout.
The class is suitable for all levels, so if you are inexperienced, do not worry - we will take our time to dissect the movements.
At Workout with Pride, we want you to leave the workout feeling fantastic about all the hard work you have put in, as well as feeling more confident and more knowledgeable about your own practice and progress.
When you arrive at Fitness4Less head to the reception and tell them you are there for Power Yoga by Workout with Pride
Please be outside the studio changed and ready to get started at 19:10
You will of course have full access to changing rooms and showers for after class. Please bring a towel and a padlock for the lockers, alternatively, you can bring your belongings into the studio.
