On Saturday the 30th we will be hosting our Brum Bi AGM at the wonderful Botanical Gardens.
This is an accessible venue. Entry fees are £4.50, Brum Bi Group can reimburse or purchase your entry (if you arrive near to midday) and the Brum Bi Travel fund is there for anyone to use. Please keep any travel tickets or receipts.
There is a car park for the venue which is £2 or free for blue badge users.
The Picnic starts at the normal time of 12, the AGM will start at 3pm in one of classroom/huts that we regularly use.

The committee roles that will be available are;
Chair, Deputy chair, Treasurer, Secretary, IT/Social Media, Network Lead, Membership Lead, Pride Lead (October start), Safeguarding lead (Tbc)
We will also be looking for members of our events team and BiCamp planning team.
We will be discussing next year's BiCamp lead but this role will not be available at the AGM.
