The price you pay for tickets on the Waiitng List are shown when you request tickets for the sold out event. Any fees will be shown when confirming your order. If the ticket is made available through OutSavvy Ticket Resell a ticket transfer fee is applied to each ticket to cover the cost of the refund and transfer.
