Founded by Auntie Climax, him/herself a drag artist and producer, Liverpool's original queer Drag Dinner Cabaret Disco emerged in March 2017. Born of the desire to create a radical and diverse queer community for performers and participants alike, EAT ME + Preach! boasts an alumni of dozens of talented acts including Day Mattar, Ginny Lemon, HP Loveshaft, Kalypso Bang, Kevin Le Grand, Lasana Shabazz, Legs & Coq, Le Gateaux Chocolat, Liv Fontaine, Midgitte Bardot and SHREK 666.
Spinning the disco portion of the into a frenzy, Preach! Club has featured DJs such as Jeffrey Hinton, Tracey Wilder, CASSINE, Cartier 4 Everyone, Faux Queens, WAJ HUSSEIN and The Nightbus.
In 2019, EAT ME + Preach! grew into a thriving and throbbing amorphous queer arts production company serving a sumptuous smorgasbord of events and parties such as EAT ME PRESENTS... CHRISTEENE, QUEER NOIZ CLUB WITH AJA, SPEW - A Queer Performance Scratch Night, and the anti-pride party God Save the Queers in collaboration with Beers for Queers and The Mersey Bears.
