Hi, I’m Kelly—a Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, and all-round silly billy, based in London.
I help people build strength, move with confidence, and reconnect with their bodies through personalised, holistic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ inclusive coaching.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that every body holds a story. As someone who navigates my own mental health challenges, I know that fitness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about creating spaces where we feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up as we are. By taking a trauma-informed approach, I aim to provide an environment where you can explore movement at your own pace, without judgment or pressure.
As an LGBTQ+ coach, I also recognise how important it is to feel truly seen and respected in fitness spaces that haven’t always been inclusive. My goal is to create a space where everyone—regardless of gender identity, sexuality, background, or experience—can feel safe, celebrated, and strong.
My aim is to provide a fun inclusive workout session for the community through Queer Ride or Drop,Deadlift, Gorgeous.
PLEASE NOTE: The studio is located down several flight of stairs and unfortunately does not have step-free access. I acknowledge this may be a barrier for some individuals and apologise for any inconvenience.
There is one gender-neutral toilet/ shower available on-site.
