About LBTQWomen

LBTQWomen – Connecting and Celebrating the Femme Side of the LGBTQ+ Community

LBTQWomen is a femme-led platform dedicated to uplifting and connecting lesbian, bi, trans, and queer women and non-binary people in London and beyond. We create intentional spaces – both online and offline – that foster community, amplify underrepresented voices, and celebrate the power of queer connection.

From bold celebration events to quiet moments of networking and joy, we’re here to build a world where LBTQ+ people can thrive, lead, and be visible – unapologetically.

🌈 Event Highlights:

  • International Women’s Day 2024 Celebration: A sold-out event honouring queer femme leadership across business, wellness, and the arts. We brought together founders, creatives, and allies in an electric atmosphere of empowerment and connection.
  • Lesbian Visibility Week 2025: A joyful, empowering day featuring panels, workshops, and a thriving queer marketplace. We spotlighted LBTQ+ creators, professionals, and thought leaders – creating space for visibility, pride, and community.
  • OUTDirectory Launch Night: A landmark moment in our journey – launching a curated list of queer-owned businesses and services to make our community more visible and connected than ever before.

Special Highlight – The OUTCompanies Directory

We’re building the ultimate directory of queer women-owned and led businesses – and we want you to be part of it. If you're a queer woman or non-binary person running a business or creative project, we’d love to feature you in our OUTCompanies Directory. It's completely free and designed to amplify your visibility within the community and beyond.
