Matchstick technical are a london-based Fringe Theatre Technical Collective working to bring backstage theatre opportunities and training to the masses, pushing for accessibility within the industry. We offer no-strings-attached free training alongside a collection of shadowing and work experience opportunities, getting people we work with a foot in the door. As a queer focused company, we're particularly dedicated to supporting other queer creatives alongside encouraging women and people of colour to find a place in the industry.
