Founded in June 2025 by Bubblegum - a wee sapphic dancer based in Edinburgh - Pride Pole Jam is a community space that aims to provide a supportive, celebratory and judgement free space for pole dancers and artists who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It is important to use to provide a safe and welcoming space to hang out, connect with others and do some fun pole together.
The first jam was held on the 56th anniversary of stonewall. As we all know that even today the message is still relevant that as a community we continuously have to fight for our rights. Pride pole jam hopes, with what feels like uncertain times at the moment, that dancing together will help bring some sense of unity, joy, pride or however you want to feel for yourself 🩷
