Hi, I’m Dylan, a trans masc dyke and neurodivergent participatory arts facilitator
My practice is about reconnecting with your inner child through creative play - finding joy in the process, not the outcome. I want to create spaces where you can make shit art that makes you feel good.
I run playful workshops that celebrate joy, creativity, and being a bit silly. Collage, zines, badge-making - anything that gets you cutting, sticking, scribbling, and smiling.
As a neurodivergent facilitator, I design open, accessible workshops with multiple ‘ways in’ so everyone can explore at their own pace. My practice is trauma-informed with a friendly and thoughtful facilitation style, meeting people where they are at. It’s about making space to play, not to perfect.
With a background in museums and intergenerational LGBT+ spaces, my work is often inspired by queer archives - both the ones we inherit and the ones we carry within ourselves. I’m interested in how we can find comfort in the lives of queers before us and use inspiration from our own day-to-day lives or identity to inspire our creative expression
I deliver creative workshops anywhere people gather - from clubs and pubs to community centres and galleries. I’m flexible and love the challenge of personalising sessions to suit different spaces, audiences, and vibes. Whether it’s a playful drop-in craft corner at a big event or a bespoke workshop for a small group, I can design something that fits your community.
