Your Facilitators
Your facilitators, Armand and Firefly bring together their collective years of experience facilitating group sessions and providing one-to-one support, integrating trauma-informed therapy with tantra and other bodywork practices.
Armand Botha
ARMAND BOTHA is a trained Core Energetics Practitioner who graduated from the Core Energetics Institute in the Netherlands. He completed his post-graduate training at the same institute and has also received training in Neo-Tantra, Sexological Bodywork, Internal Family Systems and Body Poetry. In his London practice, Armand combines these different modalities to help individuals and groups achieve personal transformation, especially those in the gay community. Armand is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and uses this passion to restore natural movement and energy flow to his clients. He brings his love, heart, high energy, and passion to his work and guides and supports people on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Armand has previously taught dance, fitness and education.
Firefly
FIREFLY is a Tantric therapist and coach who brings a wealth of training and experience to his transformational work. He began his journey with Gay Love Spirit in Prague and later advanced his expertise with the Tantra4GayMen teacher training. Firefly’s training also includes qualifications in Tantra Yoga and Reiki, as well as an Embodied trauma therapist graduating from The Centre For Healing in Australia. His work emphasises the restoration of energy flow, sensuality, and connection, fostering spiritual growth and a renewed sense of freedom. Firefly’s approach is grounded in love, compassion, and a deep passion for Tantric wisdom. He has participated in and taught at Tantra events around the world, sharing his knowledge and guiding others on their paths of healing and self-discovery. Firefly is a proud member of the IAOTH.
