Christian is a lifelong practitioner of yoga, having first learned at school and later training in India, the USA and the UK (as a BWY registered teacher). He is an experienced trainer, group and 1-1 yoga facilitator and a bodywork therapist, specialising in various modalities including deep tissue, remedial sports, Chavutti Thirumal (massage by feet), Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and a sensual naked massage called Bodyflow.
