The name Unboxd reflects our philosophy of challenging limitations and barriers to inclusion in a compassionate and non-confrontational way. We encourage individuals and organisations alike to unpack their thoughts, question assumptions, and think outside the box when it comes to equality, diversity and inclusion.
We deliver workshops and training that come from decades of training and diversity experience across public sectors.
Our founder, Octavian has a MA in Community and participatory art and uses this with his other experience to provide unique and creative sessions and training that are truly outside of the box of what you usually find.
