People often ask us "Who are you?", or "What do you do?"
When we tell them, they ask us "When can we see you perform?"
After they've seen us perform, they say "What happened in your lives to leave you so broken?"
QUEERLECTIVE is a rad queer cabaret troupe based in London. Graduates of Duckie Homosexualist Summer School, we make work and put on shows that use burlesque, drag, live music, dance, body art, spoken word, hooping and anything else we can cram in to advance our radical queer agenda.
We are unabashadely queer focussed, sex positive, and ferociously inclusive. We've heard that Senior Tory MPs have labelled us RADICAL QUEER FUNDAMENTALISTS. They're not wrong.
You might have seen us at Duckie, at Latitude Festival, or at our sell out Let's Talk About ... Sex at Rich Mix. Our core troupe is made up of Azara Meghie, Eve Fehilly, James Morgan, Joseph Morgan Schofield, Mitchell Sowden, Symoné, The Phoenix & Tiffer Hutchings.
