Ryan Zaman (he/him)
Originally from Manchester, Ryan is a disabilities advocate, writer, consultant and model. He was born with Cerebral Palsy - this affects the way the brain communicates with muscles. A former International Trade Policy Advisor for the UK Government and Chair of the Department for International Trade's Disability Network, he continues to use his position to help those who may not be able to speak up, to represent in spaces where he's never seen anyone like him before, and to open doors for others. As a bi man with disability, he strongly believes in the power of intersectional thinking when it comes to DEI.
Tatum Karmen Swithenbank (they/she)
Tatum is a disabled non-binary activist, accessibility and inclusion advocate, and a producer. As well as being recognised for their work inspiring future generations with audio design, activism and public speaking, they also run a podcast, Honey the Hex, exploring London folklore. They are listed as one of The Dots Rising Stars - for transforming the industry of today, inspiring the generation of tomorrow, and making positive change. In 2020, Tatum undertook a Creative Leadership Programme with Bloomberg and the Roundhouse, and later became a Trustee for the charity.
Anick Soni (he/him)
Anick is an award-winning Creative Consultant, Writer, and Researcher. Anick holds a degree in Law and is due to begin training as a Social Worker later this year. He is currently working on his first collection of stories for children. In 2020, Anick co-founded InterconnectedUK (iCONUK) - an intersex-led charity. Anick focuses on facilitating connections, and the creation of purposeful content, done well, and made accessible.
Yassine Senghor (she/her)
Yassine is a DEI consultant, writer, facilitator, mentor, speaker, sensitivity coach, podcaster and occasional accidental model with expertise in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, building community spaces and creating anti-racist workplaces. As a queer, black, African, immigrant gender non-conforming woman with a mixed bag of mental health challenges; her passion for equality, equity and inclusion stems from the core of her very existence.
