Knockout Monday Training

Every Monday (except the last Monday of the month), come and join us for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet in the boxing gym on the 1st floor of the We will meet at Oasis Sports Centre, Studio 1 (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout). 

Please arrive at 6:45pm to get changed and to wrap your hands (a coach can help with that if you're a beginner).

Changing rooms at Oasis have private showers - Gendered M/F. Non-gendered changing rooms are located nearby the pool. Lockers are available however, you have to buy a 30p token from the machine near reception to lock them. 

We will have gloves and hand wraps to borrow for first-timers. Please purchase wraps before your second class. More info about equipment here.
