Thursday Thrasher
On Thursdays, you have two options to choose from in our mixed-level class focused on fitness, form, and fundamentals. This is our biggest class of the week and the one that usually sees people socialise afterwards at a nearby venue so it's a great class to make new friends.
This session takes place in the Boxing Gym and is aimed at anyone who has picked up some boxing basics but is mainly coming to class to get sweaty and take out the issues of the week on a punching bag.

Please note: this session is not suitable for complete beginners. You’ll need to know your basic punches, stance, and boxing fundamentals before joining. If you’re new to boxing, start with a beginner class to build your foundation first.
A high-level session in the Mind & Body Suite for more experienced boxers looking to hone their skills and learn more advanced techniques.
