Queer nightlife, oh how we love you. It’s just time to create spaces of queer healing in the bright light of day too. Through a delicious combo of liberating movement, meditation & storytelling, we’ll be embodying - and celebrating - all dimensions of our queerness.
During the sessions we’ll be using gentle yoga, body unwinding, movement meditation, body scans, journalling and queer storytelling. To ensure that we experience our own light before anyone else gets to.

- Yoga mats provided . Feel free to bring your own.
- No prior yoga/meditation experience needed

Why join Nightlite?
Queer lives thrive in the night. Our community spaces, our chosen family, our full freedom of expression exist in the LGBTQ+ bars and clubs that have made many of us who we are.
We come out to play when the rest of the world sleeps: it’s safe, it’s familiar.
Of late, our community has been plucked from the shadows into the dazzling light of day.
+ Our lives are discussed and dissected in the daily news
+ Beyoncé thanked the queer community at the Grammy’s
+ Rainbow flags are plastered on bank logos and beer bottles
The spotlight calls, for better and for worse - but are we, our bodies and our hearts, ready for it?
What parts of ourselves are still living in the safety of the shadows: unrealised, unloved, unhealed.
This is a space of gentleness, connection, safety, expansion and playfulness.
Together we’ll make sure that no part of our beautiful and queer lives are left in the shadows on the night.
