AFRO-PERUVIAN SOUNDS, CUMBIA, CHICHA AND SALSA WITH LIVE MUSIC BY MANOS NEGRAS + LA MANZANA TROPICAL
Join us at SET SOCIAL on Thursday 29th June for a night of Peruvian psychedelic cumbia, salsa and chichafrodelic.
Manos Negras + La Manzana Tropical are two musical collectives based in London. They have been recognised by institutions such as the Peruvian Embassy for spreading and sharing their culture and knowledge as a diaspora in the UK.
This event is part of a public programme accompanying the exhibition “De, desde, en, entre, hacía” — on view at SET Woolwich until July 8th.
DOORS OPEN - 6:00pm
MANOS NEGRAS - 7:00-8:15pm
LA MANZANA TROPICAL - 8:30-10:00pm
