In this workshop we will play with the boundaries of our movement! Exploring areas of the body in a fun and strong way. Perhaps we’ll find a little play time on your hands, a little fire from the core or some happiness in the hips! Meet your edge with host Anton Dennis!

Please bring a yoga mat for this workshop. You may also want to bring a block or yoga strap.
