Menu 1: 26/03 and 2/04
to start: Beetroot, banana blossom, pomelo, rau ram & fried shallots. (vegan, contains: mustard, sesame, gluten)
to continue: Vietnamese braised pork belly served with rice and pickles (contains: fish) or Braised squash with winter tomato and tofu served with rice and pickles (vegan, contains: gluten, sesame)
to finish: Chocolate almond olive oil cake, mascarpone creme chantilly and forced rhubarb (vegan alternative available if requested, contains: egg, dairy, nuts)
Menu 2: 9/04 and 16/04
to start: Radicchio, orange, hazelnut salad with focaccia (vegan, contains: gluten, mustard, nuts)
to continue: Lamb Koftas with carrots, beans and pistachio green salsa (contains: gluten, nuts) or Aubergine with carrots, beans and pistachio green salsa (vegan, contains: nuts)
to finish: Orange almond cake with creme anglaise (vegan alternative available if requested, contains: egg, dairy, nuts)
