Join experienced yoga teachers and bodyworkers Christian and Andy as they guide you on a journey into your naked, sensual body and a deeper, healthier, more empowered relationship with it.
Classes are 2 hours and include the exploration of different styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative, as well as touch and massage practices and partner work. You don't need to bring a partner to class, you are paired up with other participants and have the opportunity to work with different people.
You will experience your body's capacity for vitality, pleasure, connection and wellbeing and learn how to increase this.
This class is for you if:

FAQs (frequently asked questions)
– Are there showers available at the venue? No and so please come correct to class, clean and showered if possible
– I am shy and uncomfortable about being naked in a group. We completely understand this and can assure you that we hold a safe, friendly, inclusive and body-positive space. Any initial nervousness, apprehension, shyness is normal and welcome and temporary and you will soon relax
– Are trans men welcome? Yes this class is for anyone who identifies as a man
– I'm afraid I'll get an erection. It is normal if this happens and it is also normal if it does not. Either way, it is not an issue, we just allow the experience of the body without shame or judgement.
– Do I need to bring a mat? There are spare mats but you might prefer to bring your own. Please also bring a towel and a bottle of water.
– What is the cancellation policy? If you are unable to make a class, please give a week's notice to get a full refund and 24 hours notice to obtain a credit for a future class. We regret we cannot offer a refund or credit within 24 hours of the class but you can try and resell your ticket via Outsavvy.
Your teachers
Christian is a lifelong practitioner of yoga, having first learned at school and later training in India, the USA and the UK (as a BWY registered teacher). He is an experienced trainer, group and 1-1 yoga facilitator and a bodywork therapist, specialising in various modalities including deep tissue, remedial sports, Chavutti Thirumal (massage by feet), Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and a sensual naked massage called Bodyflow.
Christian thrives on developing the joy and self knowledge that comes through solo, pair and group connection in yoga and bodywork. He identifies as and particularly works with the queer and neurodivergent community. More details are available on his website: https://massage-guy.co.uk/
Andy is an experienced group facilitator, having run many retreats and workshops for gay men and for the wider community. An experienced coach, somatic therapist and teacher of reiki, shiatsu, yoga, TRE® and tantra - he integrates the tools he has studied and practised during the last 20 years to help people to access healing, compassion, self-empowerment and truth.
