In our naked practice, we can move deeper into the healing and enlivening power of our sensuality. We can cast off our clothes and our limiting beliefs about who we are. We can meet ourselves and welcome what we find with acceptance, kindness, compassion and thanks. We can slow down and indulge in sensation and vibration and we can learn how to feel and harness our lifeforce energy.
In these 2 hour classes, Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends essential themes of tantra yoga, the wisdom of shiatsu and energy medicine with a mindful partner practice. You will be guided through partner postures and practices that will help you rest back in acceptance that you are already enough. You do not need to bring a partner as you will be assigned partners in the class.
It will help if you have had some experience of yoga but the class is open to all levels. You'll need to be able to sit on the floor comfortably and be in reasonable physical condition. Spare mats are available but you might prefer to bring your own. A towel and bottle of water is also a good idea. Please don't arrive before 6.50pm and late arrivals (from 7pm) regretfully cannot be admitted.
Tickets must be booked online in advance.
A reduced-price Assistant ticket is offered. You will be asked to offer 10 mins after the class to help tidy up. Please do not book this ticket if you are unable to stay beyond the class to assist.
