United Friendship Disco w/ Falle Nioke
A night of global grooves and spiritual psychedelia on the famous Margate Arts Club sound system. Falle Nioke and United Freedom Collective headline.
Following on from our sold out party with Auntie Flo, United Friendship Disco is back for the 3rd edition. This time featuring a live/DJ hybrid set from a Margate legend; Guinea-born Falle Nioke, who brings his ethereal voice and vibrant energy to Margate Arts Club, performing brand-new material that blends traditional West African sounds with contemporary electronic textures.
Resident DJ Robbie from United Freedom Collective will be providing an exotic smorgasbord of sounds from the material world and beyond, into the small hours, with Margate Radio's Reggy, founder of Disco Psicodélico, bringing Latin America's grooviest psychedelic cumbia (amongst other things) to get the night started. Come hang early, the garden will be open, it'll be nice.
The Margate Arts Club is a joyful, DIY, inclusive, intersectional, community organisation, which has run since 2015.
