Dancing in the dark for fun! Groove Is In The Dark is a dance community for people to come and dance and move in a safe space with no judgement.
There are no lights, no steps, no technique to learn - just a space where you can completely let go and shake out the stresses of the week to some of your favourite tunes. A chance to totally lose yourself in the music, and we pretty much guarantee you will leave with a big smile on your face!
