SOLD OUT Brilliant Budget Buffet at Oban Lesbian+ Weekend 2025

Hi Everyone,

Friday of Oban Lesbian+ Weekend we are back in our main venue for the whole long weekend, with our own Scottish national treasure, BAFTA AWARD WINNING KAREN DUNBAR hosting the ice breakers then DJ ing.

4 -6.30 is the best time to arrive - before it gets too busy and when Karen is hosting our solos, couples and everyone in between ice breakers.
We will also have some very exciting LGBTQ+ and local stalls for you to peruse.
6.30 - 8pm, we will be hosting a budget buffet with Vegan and GF options. Please arrive by 7.30 for this. Last buffet serving will be 730, so of uou arrive after that you may get limited buffet left.
We are celebrating 20 years of Maz's Sapphic Events this year. If we can survive Friday 13th of last year (last minute venue double booking, deaths, divorce - beyond our control), we can survive and thrive this year with our main venue back and only the best A Team this year!

The idea with our budget buffet is that as many women as possible can stay at the venue and all meet over a bite to eat, as we all know that if you go out for dinner or even going for chips in Oban (which is currently the busiest Maz can every remember. She grew up with the queues down the pier. In her childhood she worked at the famous green seafood shack) you might get delayed and miss half the night! It is completely optional though!

Please can you book as early as possible, as this gives our venue the numbers they need to cater for. We are sorry for the inconvenience of this late booking option.

Booking closes just over 2 weeks before OLW. We will have booking options for other nights at OLW - both budget to fine dining, coming soon.
