In this October workshop, we attune to autumn’s call to slow down, let go, and return to the ground. Leaves and seeds begin to fall, and the soil prepares to hold what’s no longer needed—composting the past in quiet preparation for what’s to come.
Together, we’ll explore the element of Earth through somatic movement, creative expression, and simple ritual. We’ll feel into the weight and texture of soil, its quiet presence beneath our feet, and its role as both container and catalyst. Earth is where death meets possibility, where letting go makes room for transformation, and where new life stirs in the dark.
This is a space to root, release and reconnect—with your body, the land, and a community of queer kin moving with the seasons.
All materials provided. No previous experience necessary—just come as you are, with clothes for moving outdoors.
