Join us for the first of our bi-monthly in-person community spaces!
Where: King’s Cross, London (location details to be shared after sign up)
When: Sunday 14th September 2025, 2-6pm
Why: There’s power in physically gathering as a community – and it’s always been a vital part of inspiring, building and sustaining our liberation movements. The aim of our community spaces is to strengthen and build community power by sharing skills (+ food!), learning together, organising our people and embodying what it means to be in community together.
We see this as a practice in mutual aid and a place where we can gather, dream, learn, and take action with our comrades. We hope to make new connections and friends along the way. Bring your friends, family, kids and comrades for an afternoon of learning, discussion and building solidarity.
Theme: Political Prisoners
We'll be looking at political prisoners and the importance of movements to support them. We'll then end the day by writing letters and/or poetry to political prisoners in Britain.
We are a South Asian organising collective but everyone is welcome in our community spaces.
Please book a free ticket to secure your place and so we know how many people prepare food for.
Note: we will be serving vegan food that is free from the main 14 allergens. Feel free to bring nut-free, vegetarian snacks to share with the group!
