Country: Uzbekistan & Iran
Join us for a night of Iranian and Tajik food made with love by three amazing refugee chefs from Iran and Uzbekistan, bringing their culture, history and deliciousness to you.
Followed by chat and Q&A with the chefs.
Ending the night with an amazing music performance by a Tajik folk band from Uzbekistan.
Menu:
1. Kashk Bademjan: fried aubergine with onions, tangy and warm Kashk sauce served with warm bread.
2. Tajik Pilaf : flavourful rice, carrots, spices and slow cooked lamb with a side Bahar salad. (Vegan available)
3. Sholeh Zard: a special Iranian desert - with rice, saffron, butter, rose water, pistchio and almonds.
Allergies: nuts, gluten, dairy, egg. (Please let us know if you have any allergies.
You can get drinks from the cafe for extra cost (the ticket price only includes three course meal and art performance)
