We’re turning one!!
What started as two lesbians with full-time and freelancing jobs, zero business experience, and a very clear sense that this space needed to exist… has become a community that now fills venues across Scotland's central belt. It’s been a year of showing up for each other, dancing together, building friendships, and proving there was always room and demand for a truly Sapphic Space.
Now it’s time to celebrate that first year with our biggest night yet.
And yes… amongst our DJs will be Karen Dunbar.
Scotland’s very own icon, best known for Chewin’ the Fat and the comedy that connected generations, will be behind the decks for our birthday night. DJing is her hidden talent and something she genuinely loves, and we’re buzzing to have her share it with our community.
Whether you’ve been with us since event one or you’re joining us for the very first time, this is the night to come together, dress to impress, dance, reminisce, and mark how far we’ve come as a community.
