LGBTQ+ Carers Hatfield: time-out for you, if looking after someone who would not cope without you.
Mindful activities just for you - time away on your own to relax and unwind for a while.
This is an informal space for all LGBTQ+ people in Hertfordshire who give their time to others.
This can include parents or unpaid carers of LGBTQ+ children, LGBTQ+ partners, LGBTQ+ disabled or LGBTQ+ elderly relatives.
If you look after someone who couldn't cope without you - you can join these sessions for FREE: you could be a parent, look after an elderly person or any age relative, if you or they identify as LGBTQ+.
This will be a safe space to talk and share with others who have found success or difficulties with solutions we can all benefit from.
Monthly session on the third Friday of each month 1-3pm, in-person in Hatfield.
The space is exclusively ours with accessible non-binary toilets and wheelchair access.
Activities include: Pottery, Drawing, Painting, Card making and more….

Sessions need to be booked for Health & Safety, Fire and attendance monitoring purposes.
FREE parking on-site, please arrive 5 minutes before the start time so we can begin the sessions together.
