Come and get to know some local trees through music! Together with cellist Jessica Kerr, we will be heading outdoors to explore trees through their shapes, textures and sounds.

We’ll take our observations back indoors to make some soundscapes and music together. No musical experience needed – instruments provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you play an instrument already.

This event will include a short performance by Jessica of music inspired by tree stories.

Please note: We will be going outdoors and walking around the local area. Children ages between 7-10 should accompany with their parent/care. Secondary school children may attend without a parent/carer.
