About Ruby Rare (she/they)
Ruby has worked in the sex and relationships field for over a decade, passionately educating people of all ages about sex, relationships, and their bodies. She helps others shake off shame through knowledge, empowerment, and celebration. Ruby trained at Brook, teaching RSE and managing a condom distribution scheme, and was Project Manager for Let’s Talk. Period, a national period equity campaign. She is the author of Sex Ed: A Guide for Adults (2020) and The Non-Monogamy Playbook (2025), hosted E4’s Sex Rated, and co-hosts The Ins and Outs podcast.
