A gentle introduction to mindfulness and meditation! We will explore a safe space resourcing meditation, a loving kindness metta meditation, and a deep listening exercise. Wrapped in gratitude throughout, come along for an opportunity for quiet, interoception, and being one with the people around us.

This playful class invites you to return to a world of intuitive movement in a way that feels safe, intuitive, and accessible in your body. We will get in touch with our emotions and invite joy and connection whilst cultivating love and gratitude through movement. Expect invitations for intuition and play, as well as invitations to sit back and take in the energy of the space.
