We'll begin by opening our hearts with Ceremonial Cacao, an ancient plant medicine that gently expands your capacity to feel, connect, give and receive love. It support you to drop into your heart space and remember what it feels like to have an open heart.
💎 Extended Sound Healing Journey
A deeply restorative sonic experience to clear away whatever's been blocking your ability to give and receive love. Let the vibrations recalibrate your nervous system and remind your body what safety, softness and sweetness feel like. Gongs, crystal bowls, live flute. HEAVEN!
🫂 ‘Love In All Its Forms' Mini Connection Workshop
The signature Pleasure Medicine connection workshop of playful games and guided exercises will invite you to explore:
- What does love actually mean to you?
- How does love want to express through you?
- Where are you ready to receive more love in your life?
- What forms of love are avaiable to us?
🪩 The Pleasure Medicine Dance
Then we release it all onto the dance floor with our classic 90-minute journey of embodied celebration with a live DJ weaving ambient, tribal, disco, soul and deep house. This is where you feel the love pulsing through your body, in the room, in the music, in the eyes of the beautiful humans moving around you.

👋 Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony
We ground together, drink cacao mindfully and set intentions for opening our hearts. This is where we create the safety that allows real freedom to flourish.
🫂 Connection Practices
An hour of heart-opening, playful exercises that explore love in all its forms. You'll meet everyone in ways that feel natural, playful, deep and easy. No performing or pretending. Real human connection.
🪩 The Dance
90 minutes of pure, uninhibited movement. No choreography. No judgment. Just you, your Pleasure Pals, incredible music, and whatever wants to move through you. All bodies, all expressions, all welcome.
💎 Sound Healing Journey
Lie back, let go and allow the healing frequencies to wash through you. Integration. Restoration. Coming home to yourself.

We integrate, reflect, and share (if called). This is where friendships spark, chosen family forms, and you realise you're not alone in how you feel.
