A gentle breath coaching class focused on slowing down, softening, and rest. Through breath awareness and extended exhales, you will be guided to support calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and creating space. We will explore how breath can support everyday regulation, before settling into guided rest.
No experience is necessary. You are welcome to come as you are.
This event takes place in a queer venue and is prioritised for LGBTQIA+ people. Allies are welcome to attend with care and respect for the space.
A pay what you can option is available to help reduce barriers to rest and support. If you are able to pay the full price, this helps make the space more accessible to others. If not, you are welcome to pay what feels possible. No questions asked.
Wear warm, comfortable layers. You are welcome to bring mats, cushions, or blankets if helpful, though they are not essential. The session can be done seated.
