Deviating from their background in audio-reactive visuals, Aoife explores how visuals themselves can generate sound. The performance uses visual synthesis to convert 3D objects and 2D images directly into audio, so changes in shape, motion, and structure produce sound in real time.
Rather than visuals responding to music, the visual system is the instrument. Simple geometric forms are used to create complex and often unpredictable sonic results, shaped by mathematical processes and feedback systems.
The work focuses on process over spectacle, treating form as a source of sound and composition. Sound and image are tightly linked, with no separation between what is seen and what is heard.
After the performance there will be music with an audio reactive visual in the background where people can chat and mingle
Tickets on the door will be pay-what-you-feel. Free entry for those on low income will be available if tickets do not sell out. If the online ticket price is a barrier, please contact me directly. If you’re able to pay more, doing so helps keep events accessible while supporting further experimental work.
Unfortunetely The Bees Mouth isn't accesible as the performance will be downstairs. Seating will be available.
