Sunday Online Meditation for People Living with HIV
Join us for a gentle 50-minute guided meditation session for people living with HIV.
The session will begin with simple, regulating awareness and grounding of the body, helping you to arrive and settle. This will be followed by a light, accessible breathing exercise, before moving into mindfulness-based awareness and a nourishing, heart-opening guided visualisation.
All practices will be fully guided and offered in a gentle, trauma-informed way. The session is designed to be accessible for everyone, from complete beginners to those with more experience of meditation or mindfulness.
There is no expectation to speak, share, or have your camera on. You are welcome to take part in whatever way feels right for you, including sitting, lying down, moving, or stepping away if needed.
This session offers a supportive space to rest, reconnect, and gently resource yourself at the end of the week.
