CK Breathwork is a monthly, small-group space where you can slow down, get out of your head, and back into your body — with room to exhale some of what’s been building.
Created with LGBTQ+ and kink communities in mind, this is a space where you can show up as you are — without needing to explain yourself.
A space where you don’t have to fit a mould, perform a role, or be anything other than yourself.
You’re welcome to be quiet, to connect, or to feel more — without it becoming a big thing.
This is something you can come back to.
Each session stands on its own, but over time you may find it becomes easier to drop in, let go, and feel more connected.

What to expect
We begin by arriving and settling, letting the week drop away.
There are some simple, guided connection exercises at the start — nothing forced, always optional — followed by a short introduction to a breathing technique you can use in everyday life.
The main part of the session is a 60-minute guided breathwork journey.
Using music, verbal guidance, and optional light, supportive bodywork, you’ll be supported to stay with your experience and allow tension, emotion, or stress to move.
For some, this feels like deep relaxation.
For others, it can be more of an emotional or physical release.
Both are welcome. Nothing is forced.
This isn't pushing for a big experience - it's about giving yourself space for whatever needs to surface.
We close with time to ground, reset, and reconnect before you leave.
Many people will choose to come back monthly, deepening the change with every session. Releasing more. Connecting more.

It has been created with LGBTQ+ and kinky people in mind — particularly those who feel like they carry a lot internally and want a safe, supported way to release it.
No experience with breathwork needed.

- Everything is optional — you’re always in control of your experience
- This is a fully clothed, respectful space
- Optional touch is always consent-based
- You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you like
- Please arrive on time so we can begin together
- Spaces are limited to keep the group small and held
- This isn't a substitute for therapy. It's about taking the lid off the boiling pan rather than turning the heat down.
