Pride in Strength July 26 - Queer and Trans Strongpeople Lifting Workshop
Pride in Strength are monthly workshops for the Queer & Trans community focusing on lifting and Strongman sport.
In July we'll be doing:
➡️ Grip training
➡️ Wrecking ball hold
➡️ Axle deadlift
Workshops are for anyone wanting to start, improve, or discover new disciplines in strength training and experiment, try niche and fun equipment in a guided group setting. All levels are welcome! You don't need to have any experience with lifting weights to join us. Strongman sport is for ALL genders and abilities!
