MEET YOUR FACILITATOR!
I am a qualified healer, yoga therapist, and somatic practitioner with a rich background in mental health and social care. My journey started in psychology, but shifted completely when I remembered true healing requires treating the body and mind as a whole.
Having trained in Tantric yoga, somatic healing, and yoga therapy, I design spaces to help you slow down, realign, and process what needs to be released, whilst doing my utmost to honour the roots of and culture of yoga.
On this retreat, I am here to walk alongside you, helping you move from the noise of your mind back into the safety and wisdom of your body.

FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN ONE MONTH OF THE RETREAT START DATE, THE FULL BALANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK. IF THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH BOOKING 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE THE RETREAT WILL BE CANCELLED.
