Do you have a to-do list? We can help!
At this event, hosted by The Clare Project’s Care Navigators, you can access a one-stop-shop for all your admin needs:
- Changing your name
- Applying for a GRC
- Updating your CV
- Renewing your passport or driving licence
- Benefits advice
- Statutory Declarations
Solicitor April Cooper (she/her, pictured below) will be available to answer questions and assist with legal paperwork such as Statutory Declarations during the event.

Our colleague Kettle (they/he/it) who also works externally to The Clare Project as an advocate and coach (@knowmyselfcoaching) will be on hand to give free benefits advice and support with making claims.
All trans, non-binary and intersex adults are welcome.
What to bring: There will be a laptop available for people to use but we encourage you to bring one, or a smartphone or tablet if possible. Free copies of common forms, WiFi, a printer, scanner stationery (envelopes etc) and free postage are available.
Food: Pizza will be provided (including vegan and gluten-free options). As it's Pride, we'll also have cake!
Location and access: The event will be held in the South Wing Conference Room, Community Base, Queens Road, BN1 3XG. The space is accessible to wheelchair users but unfortunately cannot accommodate mobility scooters.
Email carenavigators@clareproject.org.uk if you have any questions, dietary requirements or access needs you want to discuss.
