We meet every 4th Tuesday of the month (except August and December) at the Civil Service Club, a safe and welcoming venue offering affordable food and drinks.

Rosie Turner is a Creator, Producer & Director. She is a trusted voice known for her content around humour, identity and authenticity. With a background of 12+ years in producing and directing, she’s worked on campaigns for global brands such as Spotify, Hinge, Nike and Red Bull and developed high-impact documentaries and social media strategies at BBC Studios, combining sharp storytelling with empathy and humour.
She has a combined following of 400K+ across TikTok and Instagram engaging her online community with comedy, travel and documentary/news content, focusing on empowering women to live confidently and fearlessly.
She is also the author of her debut book Girlfriend Material with Bloomsbury Publishing (International) a title around daring to own your sexuality and host of her accompanying Girlfriend Material podcast.
More than just a creator, Rosie works across social media strategies, bringing to life brands, campaigns and events. She is an accomplished filmmaker and can oversee any stage of the production process from ideation to development, filming and post production.
Lucy is an award-winning Writer, Director and Producer across documentary, theatre, film, radio, video games and podcasts. Her work includes producing three-part documentary feature 'No Man's Land', writing and directing award-winning short film 'Dog People', production on Emmy-nominated VR game 'The Pirate Queen with Lucy Liu', and writing for the Netflix vodcast 'The Psychology of Your 20s’.
Join Rosie Turner and Lucy Davidson as they share their work on LGBTQ+ Documentary ’NO MAN’S LAND’. No Man’s Land is a ground-breaking new documentary exploring what it means to live, love, and survive as a member of the LGBTQ+ community in regions where identity itself can be an act of defiance.
The documentary follows Rosie as she immerses herself in the underground Queer scene of Rio De Janeiro, visiting Brazil's first LGBTQ+ Evangelical Church and interviewing Activists, Lawyers, Dancers and a heart-warming interview with a Trans women who moved from The Amazon to work in one of Rio's most famous Lesbian space in the arts district of Santa Teresa.
From underground love stories and chosen families to activists and allies quietly fighting for change. No Man’s Land reveals the resilience of queer individuals navigating systems designed to silence them. This documentary has been researched, produced, directed and shot by a team of queer women across the UK, Brazil and Argentina. This isn’t a polished travelogue: it’s raw journalism with a heartbeat, using filmmaking to capture both the unfiltered reality and surprisingly joyful portrait of global queer life.
