Creative consultation and model-making with the Garden Museum
We're very happy to be back at the Garden Museum for a new series of workshops! On 2nd Nov the Queer Minds community have been asked what we want to see in the future displays at the Garden Museum, using model making and dioramas.
Following a grant given to the museum, the collection will undergo a complete rehang in 2027. The museum are particularly interested in stories of wellbeing, ecology, disability and queer voices in the new collection, and this session will ask the question 'what would YOU like to see in the museum' through making dioramas and models of museums and gardens.

About Queer Minds:
Queer Minds is a peer support group for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) who live, work or play in Lambeth and Southwark. This group is by us, for us and is for those who are looking to connect with others and get support for their mental health. We currently run two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in group, and various workshops and activities with partner organisations.
